  I have not been able to open slotomania on my iPad since the last app update, 3 weeks ago. Cannot get any support from slotomania. Very frustrating. I have spent countless hours trying all the different fixes and nothing has helped. Some people say to delete the app and reload however instructions say if you delete you lose all the data etc. I have done an offload and reloaded and that did not work .......I give up...Evidently slotomania not concerned that they will not be getting anymore of my money.

  My Slotomania app on my pc (windows 10) is slow and stutters all the time. Takes forever to load and play any game. This started 2/20/21 after we lost power for 2 hours. Anyone have a fix that won't lose my progress/coins?

  After reading the comments here. I filled the advice of making sure I had the updates to my phone and Slotomania then I checked it make sure it was still in my purchases which it was. I deleted the app off my phone then reinstalled from the app purchases and all of stuff was there. The only thing I didn’t do it brings up a screen that said sign in with Facebook or Sign In with Apple store and since I had done neither of those I hit the later button

  I was able to load last night and today. I did not do anything but I think it was too late for me two weeks down. I don’t think I will purchase anymore can’t trust it going down again. I had enjoyed the quests but upset it is almost over. No talk of extending the quest or replaces any of the lost coins so they last me as a loyal customer.

Something doesn’t work!
